To expedite our service, it is most helpful if you have the product item number and description of the item you wish to purchase available so that our representative can easily place your order. The product item number is located to the right of the image of the item you wish to order.

- How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit card:
We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card,. You can order with your credit card by phone or online. Your card is authorized when you place the order online and billed within 2 hours after that.
You can pay with some debit cards:
We accept debit cards with the Mastercard or Visa logo on it ONLY. Please do not include your PIN number. We do NOT want or need this to process your order.
We do not accept payments by COD.

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please contact us first for return authorization. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period.
If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may not be refunded at all or may incur a 25% restocking fee.
Without prior approval TREASUREDNIGHTS.com does not reimburse for return shipping costs. If you need a replacement immediately, contact us immediately for instructions.
If you feel the item was not as advertised, please email us with the product number and let us know what the discrepancy is. We appreciate your help bringing any discrepancies to our attention.

In your return package please include:

A note telling us what the problem was.
